Shopping at wheelzonrent.in, your items should reach you within 7-11 days of your order Confirmation. In case the item of the order placed is in back order, shipping may take a little longer which will be communicated to You. No extra charges and duties on Items. Free shipping across all India Terrain, on selective items.
If you think, your order is delayed than the mentioned time, please feel free to contact Us. Please ensure you have provided us all important information, including your contact number, address, area pin code to your Location. In order to ensure your ordered product reaches you safely and on time, we use renowned courier services such as FedEx, Delhivery Couriers. We don’t compromise on your order deliveries with local courier Vendors.
In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to Bad Weather Condition and other unforeseen
Circumstances.

RETURN POLICY

At Wheelzonrent.in, we are committed to ensure that you have hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. You may have received a dead-on arrival or malfunctioning product. If the product is by any brand or manufacturer, you have to contact their respective customer service centers for a replacement or a return. Once the refund is approved from our end, We will charge a service fee and bank charges as per actual.

WHEN RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE

There are certain conditions in which returns are not possible by Wheelzonrent.in. They are as Follows:

  • The return request is made outside the specified time Frame.
  • The product is damaged because of Use.
  • The product is not in the same state as you received It.
  • The item has been used and Installed.
  • Item with physical Damages.
  • The product serial numbers missing/ tempered from the main Box.
  • There is anything missing from the package received, including price tags, labels and original Packing.
  • Product without invoice is not liable to Exchange.

HOW DO I CANCEL AND ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order, you need to get in touch with us at : support@Wheelzonrent.in with your order number, before the item is Shipped.

WARRANTY

All items include manufactures/Brand Warranty.

  • Physical damages to items are not covered under Warranty.
  • Warranty time span for items are valid under manufacturer/Brand warranty Terms.
  • Please provide your sales invoices to claim Warranty.
  • Warranty is applicable across all India service Centre’s by Manufactures/Brands.

ONLINE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

  • In case you are facing some problem in installation of the product and want to understand the functioning of the items, we have our specialized team with assistance to guide you.
  • Our technical team provides easy assistance through telephonic and Email Basis only.
  • System setting calibrations are also provided by our technical team, so that you enjoy the quality of the product hassle Free.

RETURN POLICY

At Wheelzonrent.in, we are committed to ensure that you have hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. Once the refund is approved from our end, We will charge a service fee and bank charges as per actual and you will be provided with Store Credit/Gift Card in place of Cash/Card refund.

Replacement request should be made within 3 Days of your Purchase. (For example, if you receive your product on 1st January, the last day to replacement your product is 3th of January). Product should be in original condition, undamaged Packing. Any Item(s) being replacement should also be replacement with all accessories; manuals that may have been bundled with the main Product. Product should be accompanied with original sales invoice along with returning Item(s). In case of replacement, please mail us the product details along with your order reference number and return reason along with pictures of Items to support@wheelzonrent.in. Our representative will reply within 24 hours. AUDIONEST Reserves the rights to deduct handling charges of the product being replaced and stop your replacement in case of product Physically Damaged and Malfunctioning from your side.

If the product was collected (no defective packaging, all manuals / items / accessories accounted for), then only the product will be replaced. If the Product weight is greater than 1 kg, customer have to send the product to origin if the Replacement is approved and they also have to bear Additional Charges.

For brands like JBL, Harman/Kardon, Infinity, Marshall, Bose, Sony you have to go to respective authorized service center for the warranty because they give best services.
